Job Description

As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll be the linchpin in our client’s operations, playing a crucial role in their ambitious growth plans. You’ll be the primary point of contact for tenants, coordinating everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for tenant communications, adeptly handling inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Orchestrate repair and maintenance activities by coordinating with a network of trusted contractors and handymen, ensuring prompt and high-quality service delivery
  • Leverage advanced property management software (Propertyware) to maintain meticulous records, track property status, and generate insightful reports
  • Collaborate closely with the operations manager to streamline processes related to tenant turnover, property showings, and follow-up tasks
  • Conduct thorough research and compile comprehensive information for various projects, including both business-related and occasional personal tasks for the company owner
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist in scaling operations by developing and refining systems that can function seamlessly, even during periods of rapid growth or leadership absence
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related customer service role, with a track record of excellence in tenant relations
  • Proficiency in property management software systems, particularly Propertyware, or demonstrated ability to quickly master new technological tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, property owners, and service providers
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, able to work independently and prioritize effectively in a remote environment
