Job description

Director of Product Development manages the product launch cadence. This includes new products and product refreshes to help manage profitability and sales.

Develop new products.
Refresh existing products with rate changes to help manage our profitability.
Work with Regulatory to file products on a timely basis.
Review production vs product cost and conduct review to outsource certain product lines
