We're seeking a Product Leadership professional who solves complex healthcare challenges through data-driven, strategic product development. Your approach will leverage data and analytics to validate product decisions and drive meaningful outcomes. With a proven track record of building healthcare technology products, you'll lead critical initiatives that transform our FHIR-based platform and grow our market leadership.

Your role demands a solution mindset that can analyze complex healthcare technology landscapes, make evidence-based product decisions, and rapidly develop innovative solutions. You'll address current healthcare fragmentation while anticipating future interoperability needs. This position requires a professional who can synthesize technical complexity, market demands, and user needs into coherent, impactful product strategies that drive meaningful change in digital health technology.

This position is available for fully remote work.

Team Overview

The Product Management team is the bridge between customer needs, technology capabilities, and business objectives, identifying industry challenges and translating them into innovative solutions that grow the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Innovation and Technical Excellence (40%)
  • Design end-to-end product experiences with holistic system thinking
  • Leverage data analytics to verify problems, monitor success metrics and think through edge cases to deliver high-quality features and outcomes
  • Champion PDLC and SDLC principles to ensure rigor in requirements and quality
  • Balance technical feasibility with excellent user-centric design
  • Be an ambassador for our products by using and testing them often to enhance and optimize the product.
  • Cross-Functional Execution (30%)
  • Work cross-functionally with Client Success, Solution Consulting, Engagement, Reporting and Commercialization teams to ensure teams are operationally ready to deliver value on new products and enhancements
  • Support product commercialization, distribution partnerships and go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure product launches have proper hand-offs to client, customer support, solution consulting and delivery teams for ongoing maintenance
  • Support the company in pre-sales and sales activities including demos, RFPs, sales meetings, conferences
  • Strategic Product Leadership (15%)
  • Champion a shared product vision and drive the execution of a strategic roadmap
  • Conduct market research and business plan analysis to support and prioritize new products and enhancements
  • Maintain competitive knowledge and comprehend regulatory changes and how these impact roadmap and differentiation
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to accelerate product growth and market penetration
  • Drive Voice of Customer to understand client value, ROI and pain points
  • Leadership and Team Development (15%)
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team
  • Create a culture of critical-thinking and solution mindset
  • Establish product management best practices
  • Communicate strategic vision to executive leadership
  • Showcase product success through KPIs and OKRs, demonstrating outcomes and process rigor


Job Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of product management experience, demonstrating end-to-end software development expertise from concept to market launch
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience in technology product management
  • Healthcare technology domain expertise - understanding of payers and providers; clinical and administrative data (EMR, clinical coding, claims); regulatory (HIPAA, HITRUST); interoperability (FHIR, HL7) and emerging technologies (AI, LLMs)
  • A strategic, customer-focused mindset with the ability to leverage data insights to set strategy and iterate on product enhancements
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with proven ability to execute complex initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across teams/organizations

The target salary range for this position is $180,000 - $260,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
