Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible during business hours. 20 hours per week.


What You’ll Do

 Bookkeeping & Financial Support

  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Reconcile transactions and assist in monthly financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks (or similar software)

 Accounts Payable & Payroll

  • Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements
  • Manage and track accounts payable and vendor payments
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee payment inquiries

 Executive Support & Administrative Tasks

  • Support leadership with financial data organization and reporting
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense management
  • Communicate with vendors, employees, and financial institutions as needed

What We’re Looking For:

 Finance & Accounting Background  – Experience in  bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll processing, or financial administration
 Tech-Savvy  – Familiarity with  QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software
 Detail-Oriented  – Strong  organizational and analytical skills
 Problem-Solver  – Ability to  troubleshoot financial discrepancies and streamline processes
 Strong Communicator  – Ability to interact professionally with  internal teams and external vendors
 Self-Starter  – Comfortable working  independently in a remote environment
