Hiring! Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in Seattle, WA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team. In this full-time role, you will deliver individualized rehabilitation services, helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluations of physical function, strength, and range of motion.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and improve mobility.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
  • Proven experience in outpatient settings preferred.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, patient care, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
