As a Product Marketing Lead, you will spearhead all product marketing/growth initiatives within our product team, collaborating with our partners to improve conversion through the execution of marketing campaigns and working closely with our Product & Engineering teams to accelerate growth.

What You’ll Work On

  • You will work with other Product Managers and Engineers to coordinate initiatives related to marketing within the product roadmap.
  • You will collaborate with the marketing teams of our partners to help them leverage their communication channels to promote R2’s embedded financing offering to their merchants, by working on campaigns.
  • You will manage and operate R2’s in house marketing stack and be responsible for the creation of campaigns and their results.
  • You will be responsible for growth, marketing and content strategies across R2’s existing products (revenue-based financing and refills) and new products regionally.
  • You will focus on understanding our conversion funnel across each partner and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to improve conversion.
  • You will be the owner of marketing KPIs and will improve, adapt, and update all the marketing tactics to reach our objectives.
  • You will perform user discovery by surveying and interacting with users (end SMB customers of our partners).
  • You will document all the different strategies tested by our customers to create a playbook of marketing initiatives for our partners.
  • You will be in charge of implementing the growth stack of R2, including communication tools (WhatsApp, e-mails)
  • You will measure your action through data and be very comfortable building queries to consult our databases in order to build marketing bases, improve our systems, and find new insights.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in growth and/or product marketing
  • Knowledge of growth marketing channels & tactics
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Passionate about fintech in Latin America
  • Proven ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive marketing strategies and improve customer engagement/adoption.
  • Experience with CRM & MarTech tools (working with customer.io would be a bonus)
  • Demonstrated success in roles that are partner-facing with the understanding of how to drive business through the partner ecosystem is a plus
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills in Spanish
  • Motivated self-starter, with a bias for action, who thrives in a hyper-growth environment

\ Nice to have

  • Previous experience in fintech, especially within the Latin American market, is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred to facilitate communications and collaborations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis is a plus. Willingness to develop these skills is also appreciated.
