Assist the Revenue Cycle Director in improving work queue functionality and reporting.

Support the creation of dashboards and training materials for end users.

Collaborate with Epic Community Connect for ticket management and functionality improvements.

Job Description:

Provide support to Revenue Cycle and Epic teams through the following:

review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimation.

assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality

assist Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic

assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site

assist Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement

assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end user training
