Job description

What are we looking for?

Main Assignments

Develop and configure the solution in the system;

Design canonical data models for integration services;

Engage in various potential projects in scope and discovery sessions, offering recommendations for best practices, suggestions for immediate solutions, and relevant lines of questioning that may not have been prepared before the conversation;

Promote and facilitate iterations with business analysts/BPs, clients, and project teams, infrastructure, and information security in all stages of architecture development/implementation, documenting the solution in its technical aspects and ensuring the phases of coexistence and continuity;

Propose and continuously maintain knowledge about technologies, techniques, and methods available in the market and guide/lead their application in the continuous evolution of systemic solutions;

Deliver workshops, training, and quality assurance for the functional team;

Support training and development actions such as workshops, training, and certifications;

Be a technical reference for other company employees;

Identify areas for improvement in the training of people in the front line where they operate;

Seek recurrent participation in training and evolution of the area where they operate.
