🎯 Uncapped Commissions: $50 USD per closed placement deal

About the Role
As an Inside Sales Account Executive/Business Development Consultant, you’ll be the go-to person for businesses looking to tap into Latin American talent. Your role is all about consultative sales—understanding client hiring needs, guiding them through the recruitment process, and helping them make informed hiring decisions. You’ll play a key role in closing deals, building long-term relationships, and expanding our client base.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
