At emagine, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager for Process Engineering to guide the transformation of Wholesale banking by streamlining processes through innovative solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational framework to align with strategic objectives while ensuring superior service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager, you will lead significant change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Design and implement initiatives that streamline processes and enhance customer journeys.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver change on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities and guiding decision-making in strategic investment.
  • Lead a team of Process Engineers and Business Simplification Managers to optimize workflows.
  • Conduct in-depth Lean Six Sigma reviews and develop impactful business cases.
  • Promote the value of challenging the status quo and drive high-performance culture.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful change outcomes.
  • Utilize emerging technologies to innovate and improve service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in process reengineering and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong background in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, especially in project management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma principles, with a proven track record of process optimization.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.).
  • Commercial acumen and strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage significant deliverables effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the Business Banking sector, particularly in the UK market.
  • Familiarity with process intelligence tools (e.g., ARIS, Jira, Confluence).
  • Advanced knowledge in data analysis and visualization techniques.
