Job description

A leading provider of cyber security and application delivery solutions, Radware (RDWR) is looking for a Training Lab Manager.

We are looking for an experienced network technical engineer for a Training Lab Manager position with a strong system engineering background. The position entails the entire training lab ongoing management, development and delivery of Radware’s Application Delivery Controller (ADC) solutions as well as Attack Mitigation Solutions (AMS) and Radware Cloud solutions to customers, partners and internal Support, Professional Services and Sales Engineers.

Position requires excellent communication and presentation skills along with a desire to further enhance knowledge of versatility and uses of multiple products.

Self-motivated to undertake tasks and projects as well as a willingness to take leadership roles in managing lab equipment and lab assignments.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Lab Management:

Ability to Install, configure, implement, upgrade and support the training labs around the world (locally and remotely).
Manage users requesting lab assignments from scheduling to completion.
Performing routine lab tests and monitor lab equipment.
Troubleshoot lab issues.
Create and update lab assignments for the vast Radware solutions.
Develop lab automation tools if needed for more efficient lab utilization.

Required Qualifications

BA in Technology/computer field or equivalent experience
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, IP/TCP, Networking, OSI model, Routing and Routing protocols
Layer 4-7 switching
Technical writing and speaking skills in English
Independent, creative problem-solver - can work well unsupervised
Valid Passport, ability to travel to the US and other countries when needed.
