Regional Sales Manager – West (Industrial PC or Medical Device OEM Sales Exp)

Location: Remote from CA or surrounding states – Must be near a major airport

Salary: $80K-$95K Base + Annual Bonus + Uncapped Commission (Yr 1: ~$30K, Yr 2 ~$50K-$60K+)

Regional Sales Manager – West (Industrial PC or Medical Device OEM Sales Exp) Description


Our client manufactures industrial computers & related technologies for the healthcare industry, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the West Region. In this role, you will build relationships with medical device OEM customers and medical channel distributors to execute sales strategies and expand market share. This position requires a strong background in business development with experience in either [1] industrial computers (non-consumer PCs) or [2] medical device OEM sales experience. To be successful, you must be able to collaborate with engineers on custom product offerings and effectively manage a long sales cycle from beginning to end. Regional Sales Manager – West (Industrial PC or Medical Device OEM Sales Exp) Responsibilities


• Sell industrial computers & related technology for use in the healthcare industry

• Generate leads and establish relationships with medical device OEMs and distributors

• Hunt for new business (~50%-75%) and nurture existing accounts (~25%-50%)

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet sales quotas

• Provide technical sales support and design consultation to clients

• Oversee custom project requirements and coordinate with internal teams

• Create travel schedules to meet with customers and attend trade shows

• Work with Marketing to develop high-quality client presentations

• Meet with customers and deliver formal and informal product presentations

• Track and report sales activities using CRM tools

• Support post-sales customer service and project implementation

• Assist marketing and customers with technical specifications
