[REMOTE] Sr. Accountant – Outsourced Accounting (nonprofit exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Oversee accountants (2) and oversee their work

• Manage various client engagements and respond to inquiries

• Employ new financial technologies for clients

• Prepare client financial reports and ad-hoc reports for client delivery

• Create and sustain financial data in various accounting platforms

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables

• Prepare revenue projections and forecasting expenditure

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger account

• Assist with client’s annual audit work

• Investigate and resolve audit findings and account discrepancies

• Contribute to the development of new accounting systems

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experienced overseeing the work of junior accountants required

• Minimum 1 year of full-cycle nonprofit accounting experience required

• Client accounting services experience required

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs required
