Description

Are you passionate about driving impactful change in HR, when you can optimize business processes, manage complex HR transformation projects, and design cutting-edge talent management solutions? If so, this role is your perfect fit.

As our People Projects Manager, you will:

  • Act as a Project Coordinator, designing and executing rollout strategies for HR and cross-functional projects.
  • Bring the mindset of a Product Manager, identifying HR challenges and turning them into flexible and streamlined solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise in Talent Management, taking charge of critical areas like performance evaluation, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Serve as an HR Generalist, utilizing a deep understanding of key HR metrics and the full employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and coordinate HR transformation projects, including cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Compliance, Information Security, and other Divisions.
  • Develop and execute detailed rollout plans for People projects.
  • Analyze and optimize HR business processes, ensuring efficiency and automation.
  • Design and enhance tools and methodologies for employee evaluation, development, goal-setting, engagement, and retention and overseeing them.
  • Craft communication strategies to ensure seamless adoption of changes by employees at all levels.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • A degree in HR, Business Management, or Business Analysis (or relevant professional certification).
  • 3+ years of experience in HR project management, with proven success in delivering impactful projects.
  • Broad expertise across multiple HR domains (the more diverse, the better!).
  • Advanced user knowledge of HRM systems (preferably BambooHR), performance management systems, and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Strong business analysis skills, including process documentation following industry standards.
  • Experience with pitch preparation, concept presentations, and defending solutions to senior executives.
  • Proficiency in conducting in-depth user interviews.
