As our People Projects Manager, you will:
Act as a Project Coordinator, designing and executing rollout strategies for HR and cross-functional projects.
Bring the mindset of a Product Manager, identifying HR challenges and turning them into flexible and streamlined solutions.
Leverage your expertise in Talent Management, taking charge of critical areas like performance evaluation, employee development, and succession planning.
Serve as an HR Generalist, utilizing a deep understanding of key HR metrics and the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and coordinate HR transformation projects, including cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Compliance, Information Security, and other Divisions.
Develop and execute detailed rollout plans for People projects.
Analyze and optimize HR business processes, ensuring efficiency and automation.
Design and enhance tools and methodologies for employee evaluation, development, goal-setting, engagement, and retention and overseeing them.
Craft communication strategies to ensure seamless adoption of changes by employees at all levels.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
A degree in HR, Business Management, or Business Analysis (or relevant professional certification).
3+ years of experience in HR project management, with proven success in delivering impactful projects.
Broad expertise across multiple HR domains (the more diverse, the better!).
Advanced user knowledge of HRM systems (preferably BambooHR), performance management systems, and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Strong business analysis skills, including process documentation following industry standards.
Experience with pitch preparation, concept presentations, and defending solutions to senior executives.
Proficiency in conducting in-depth user interviews.
