We are looking for a B2B Content Marketing Specialist to create, manage, and optimize content that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports our business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, content creation, and marketing expertise to develop compelling assets that resonate with B2B audiences across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs.
Create high-quality B2B content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, reports, email campaigns, and social media content.
Optimize content for SEO and lead generation, ensuring it ranks well and attracts the right audience.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to develop content that supports lead nurturing, customer retention, and brand positioning.
Content Distribution & Promotion:
Manage content distribution across digital platforms, email campaigns, and social media channels.
Work with paid media teams to amplify content through PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
Develop thought leadership pieces in collaboration with subject matter experts and executives.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Analyze content performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar tools.
A/B test headlines, CTAs, and formats to improve content effectiveness.
Adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights and audience engagement metrics.
Collaboration & Industry Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform content topics.
Repurpose content into multiple formats (infographics, video scripts, slide decks) for extended reach.
Work with designers, videographers, and external agencies to produce visual and interactive content.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, digital marketing, or copywriting.
Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and leads.
Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization best practices.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B industries like industrial / manufacturing.
Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies.
Knowledge of video content marketing, webinars, or podcasting is a plus.
