This is your job:

  • Assist in managing and administering Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
  • Support and maintenance of Defender for Endpoint.
  • Support and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Suite applications
  • Assist in administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management.
  • Provide support and maintenance for Windows Desktop and Windows Server environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Apply ITIL best practices to manage IT services and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT services.

Your qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft AD, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of Windows Desktop and Windows Server administration.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application in IT service management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell for automation.
  • Excellent English language skills.
