Integrar las actividades administrativas, de planificación, organización, dirección y control de los recursos (personal, presupuesto, equipos, herramientas y materiales) de las diferentes unidades de negocio de la empresa para cumplir los acuerdos realizados con los clientes, satisfacer los requerimientos técnicos y optimizar los costos y márgenes de la compañía.

Requisitos y Habilidades

Profesional en Ingeniería en Sistemas software o a fines con maestría
Ideal experiencia en desarrollo de Software
Conocimientos en marcos agiles, ambientes de desarrollo, ITIL y herramientas de gestión
6 años de experiencia: como PM y/o Gerente de operaciones
Conocimientos en mesas de servicio especializadas: como Open Smartflex, Oracle
