Requirements

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Business Development Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Costa Rica.

Requirements:

  • Sales-minded, outgoing, result-oriented, and persistent personality with a proactive position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and excellent English comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active research using LinkedIn, CrunchBase, and other social networking tools and databases to find prospects and generate leads.
  • Work with CRM.
  • Pursue new business opportunities by sending messages, emails, and cold calls.
  • Develop and maintain prospects.
  • Set up face-to-face meetings or calls for salespeople.
  • Work sales process diligently.

  • Some basic IT technical understanding.
