About the Role

The Cloud Support Analyst role is for people who are passionate about helping others.

You will communicate with our Cloud Manager and customers in a variety of industries, working with them to resolve any type of issue that arises from using our Doxis software as a service.

Responsibilities

You will run incident resolution and facilitate collaboration with other departments as needed
You will review SER Cloud system diagnostics, investigate system performance issues, monitor availability and document issues as appropriate to meet applicable SLAs
You will create scripts for operational automation and incident response
You will work with development teams and professional services to resolve more complex issues
You will deliver and deploy cloud tenants to new customers via public clouds
You will contribute to the SOC2 certification process using industry standard methodologies
You will integrate cloud tenants with the customer’s premises and users via the web

You have an interest in the following areas:

Systems administration in Linux/Unix and Windows
Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.)
Scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python, etc.

Initial experience in the following areas is desirable:

Software support
AWS or Azure services
Exposure to security concepts/best practices
IPsec, VPN, load balancing, routing protocols, SSH, network monitoring/troubleshooting tools
Disaster recovery concepts and corresponding backup/restore policies
