What You’ll Do

  • Identify & Attract Top Talent: Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to find and engage candidates for roles such as Data Center Specialists, Integration Specialists, Network Specialists, and Technical Support Specialists.
  • Streamline the Hiring Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a robust pipeline for our diverse technical roles.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while delivering a smooth, positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Optimize Recruitment: Analyze hiring data and market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring for technical roles.
  • Industry Savvy: Familiarity with IT, telecommunications, cloud services, or similar technical fields; an understanding of roles such as Data Center Specialists, Integration Specialists, Network Specialists, and Technical Support Specialists, and more is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members in a remote setting.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social recruiting tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Self-Motivated & Agile: Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a focus on results.
