Your mission

The Junior Account Manager (Partner Sales) is a Training on job role for young professionals who are already have experiences in IT Software Sales. You are responsible for C/D partner customers focuses on active engagement to aquire smaller-scale partner sales opportunities for Up- and CrossSell to drive sales. They handle inbound and outbound sales activities, such as responding to partner inquiries, driving "standard" campaigns and closing smaller runrate deals. In achieving good results, you can be promoted to an Account Manager or Partner Account Manager.

  • You work in a technology driven and innovative, international company and develop sales solutions that address the challenges of our customers
  • You document all relevant information in our CRM-System (Sugar CRM)
  • You are responsible in closing small deals
  • You support inbound/outbound activities



Your profile

  • Fluent german and English skills
  • You have a university degree or a comparable educational background (e.g. successful finished apprenticeship in IT/Tech or Commercial area)
  • First experiences in software sales
  • You demonstrate a high social competence and are a team player who shows flexibility, self-motivation and accountability when working with customers, partners and peers.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset; you are self-organized and have a bias for action
  • First experiences in channel business
  • ITIL4 certification
  • Experiences in a sales methodology like MEDDICC
