We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Head of Sales and Business Development - EMEA to join our Force Sensors division.
Responsibilities
Managing the sales and customer support team across Europe.
Senior partner of the management in the territory.
Coach, mentor and develop the team.
Monitor and report on all sales activity and results.
Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (year-end forecast) by customer, product, and territory.
Explore and develop new business opportunities/ market segments within territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
Selects appropriate subordinate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives
Organizes and participates in regional meetings to facilitate efficient business practice
Willingness to travel across the region up to 50%

Requirements
BS in related discipline; MBA is a plus
10+ years of significant experience in sales and business development at a senior level position.
Experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors (weighing, force) to OEMs (Packaging, Robotics, Medical, Machine Builders, Construction, Agriculture etc.).
Strong business/finance background and experience
Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales
Previous experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
