If you're a problem-solver who loves getting into technical details and debugging issues, this role is for you! As our Node JS Technical Support Engineer, you'll support our users during the night shift (6 PM - 2 AM IST), ensuring our systems run smoothly and our customers stay happy.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues using NodeJS and databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and ClickHouse.
Monitor system performance with the Grafana suite and use Tempo for distributed tracing between microservices.
Handle customer tickets via Intercom, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Track and manage issues in JIRA, working closely with other teams to resolve problems fast.
Provide clear and friendly technical support to keep our customers smiling.
Who Are We Looking For?
1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical support or a related field.
Experience with NodeJS and a good understanding of MySQL and MongoDB.
Experience using Observability tools like Grafana, New Relic for monitoring.
Experience working with Intercom for customer support and JIRA for issue tracking.
A patient, clear communicator with a knack for problem-solving.
Comfortable working during the 6 PM - 2 AM IST shift.
