Job Title: Lead Generation Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift Timing: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm IST (Mon-Sat)

Salary Range: Upto 22,000/- per month + incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Research: Find potential clients via online platforms, databases, and social media.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess prospects to match Datastraws services.
  • Outreach: Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of leads and interactions.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to find new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Share updates on lead conversion and pipeline health.

What Were Looking For

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years in lead generation, sales, or business development (BPM sector experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong communication, Familiarity with sales-related AI tools, CRM tools proficiency, multitasking, and data-driven mindset.
