Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Customer Education Trainer to empower our clients with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed with products and services offered by FOTC. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire training lifecycle, from needs assessment and content creation to delivery and evaluation. You will work closely with various teams, including Technology, Sales, and Customer Success, to understand customer needs and develop training programs that drive results.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, including online courses, webinars, in-person workshops, and video tutorials.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements for different customer segments.
  • Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, and videos.
  • Deliver training sessions to diverse audiences, adapting your style and approach to meet individual learning needs.
  • Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, registration, and participant communication.
  • Track and analyze training effectiveness, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features, incorporating them into training materials and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training content aligns with product strategy and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and Google AI solutions will be an additional advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for customer education and a commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different training locations based on the training calendar.
