About the role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the deployment and successful adoption of our software solutions by new clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure our software to meet those needs, and ensure a smooth transition to our platforms.


Your expertise will be instrumental in:

  • Conduct detailed client needs assessments to tailor software solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation process, including setup, customisation, and configuration of the software to fit specific client requirements.
  • Provide training and support to client teams, ensuring they are proficient in using our products and can leverage their full capabilities.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, offering expert advice and solutions to challenges encountered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and technical support to continuously improve the product and the implementation process.
  • Document implementation processes and outcomes, providing detailed reports and feedback to enhance future project execution.
  • Utilise Excel for advanced data manipulation tasks to analyse client data, assist in configuring our software, and streamline the implementation process.


Essential experience

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in software implementation
  • Facilities Management technologies/CAFM solutions or related field experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and their deployment in a business environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation is essential.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, demonstrating a proactive approach to tackling new challenges and contributing to a dynamic team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs.
