About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Technician to support and optimize people operations for one of our key logistics clients. In this role, you will provide administrative support and data analysis in HR, ensuring that initiatives align with business objectives and contribute to a high-performance culture.

You will be responsible for managing key aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations. This role requires a growth mindset, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach, as you will play a key role in strengthening HR processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist in the daily operations of the HR department, organizing and maintaining personnel records and documentation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, manage, and analyze HR data, creating reports and dashboards to generate insights for decision-making.
  • HR Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems, maintaining up-to-date employee records and other key databases.
  • HR Analytics: Develop and track key HR metrics and KPIs to assess workforce performance and the effectiveness of HR policies. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • HR Project Support: Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, coordinating activities and events related to people management.
  • Compensation Analysis: Manage and analyze employee expense reports, focusing on cost evaluation and optimization.

About You

  • Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in HR administration, data analysis, or related fields.
  • Education: Background in Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, or related disciplines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
