About The Role

You will be responsible for managing key aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations. Your Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Assist in the daily operations of the HR department, organizing and maintaining personnel records and documentation.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, manage, and analyze HR data, creating reports and dashboards to generate insights for decision-making.
HR Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems, maintaining up-to-date employee records and other key databases.
HR Analytics: Develop and track key HR metrics and KPIs to assess workforce performance and the effectiveness of HR policies. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
HR Project Support: Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, coordinating activities and events related to people management.
Compensation Analysis: Manage and analyze employee expense reports, focusing on cost evaluation and optimization.
About You
Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in HR administration, data analysis, or related fields.
Education: Background in Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, or related disciplines.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
