The Product Operations Director is a critical role that bridges the gap between product development, operations, and customer success. You will ensure the seamless implementation and optimization of products, driving efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional end-user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will establish best practices, streamline processes, and resolve operational challenges to ensure that HRX products achieve their full potential. Additionally, you will be responsible for the discovery and mapping of current development processes and operational practices used by Hard Rock and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with HRX's strategic goals.

Operational Excellence
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance product delivery and performance.
Ensure that product-related processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with company goals.
Monitor and address operational bottlenecks, providing solutions to optimize workflows.
Discovery And Mapping
Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing development and operational processes within Hard Rock and its subsidiaries.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in current practices.
Create detailed process maps and documentation to guide cross-functional teams in aligning processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between product, operations, and customer-facing teams.
Align operational initiatives with product roadmaps to ensure smooth product launches and updates.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to address challenges and drive results.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Leverage data to analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform operational strategies.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of product operations.
Project Management
Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports for stakeholders
Education
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in operations management, Product Management, or a related field.
Experience
8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related operational leadership role, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing product operations at scale, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Extensive experience in driving cross-functional collaboration, particularly between product, operations, and customer success teams.
Hands-on experience with process mapping, operational assessments, and gap analysis to improve operational efficiencies.
Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
Expertise in process design, process improvement methodologies, and workflow optimization.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
High proficiency in data analysis, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to track and report on KPIs.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
