About The Role
We are seeking an Onboarding & Account Management Assistant to ensure a seamless experience for our new clients. This role will play a vital part in client communication, onboarding management, and account support, helping our customers get the most out of BLC's platform.
What You'll Do
Client Communication
Respond to Trello messages and client inquiries within 2 business hours.
Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication to maintain high customer service standards.
Onboarding & Quality Assurance
Conduct quality checks during the onboarding process to ensure smooth account setup.
Work with internal teams to resolve any setup issues and optimize the client experience.
Train new clients on using the BLC system through resources, demonstrations, and troubleshooting support.
Onboarding & Account Management Support
Update the Onboarding Dashboard weekly to track client progress.
Assign and follow up on Trello tasks with due dates to ensure timely completion.
Schedule and send emails for monthly KPI meetings with clients.
Monitor client accounts and provide ongoing support, resolving issues as needed.
Administrative Assistance & Additional Tasks
Assist with account management tasks to support client relationships.
Adapt to evolving needs within the onboarding team.
What We're Looking For
