About The Role

We are seeking an Onboarding & Account Management Assistant to ensure a seamless experience for our new clients. This role will play a vital part in client communication, onboarding management, and account support, helping our customers get the most out of BLC's platform.

What You'll Do

Client Communication

  • Respond to Trello messages and client inquiries within 2 business hours.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication to maintain high customer service standards.

Onboarding & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct quality checks during the onboarding process to ensure smooth account setup.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve any setup issues and optimize the client experience.
  • Train new clients on using the BLC system through resources, demonstrations, and troubleshooting support.

Onboarding & Account Management Support

  • Update the Onboarding Dashboard weekly to track client progress.
  • Assign and follow up on Trello tasks with due dates to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule and send emails for monthly KPI meetings with clients.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide ongoing support, resolving issues as needed.

Administrative Assistance & Additional Tasks

  • Assist with account management tasks to support client relationships.
  • Adapt to evolving needs within the onboarding team.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support, onboarding, or client training is preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Trello, CRM tools, and email scheduling.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to perform quality checks, manage project details, and ensure consistency.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
