About You
Previous experience in a clerical role or office administration is preferred
Proficiency in Xero accounting software is required
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations remotely, ensuring smooth processes and efficient work flows
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and in a timely manner
Coordinate staff schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Maintain and organise files, records, and documentation
Manage office inventory and ensure adequate supplies
Oversee company insurance management
Assist with financial record-keeping, including invoicing, packing and pallet slips, expenses, reporting, and reconciliations using Xero
Book travel and accommodation for staff members
Organise company conferences and events
Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring operational needs are met
Assist with stock management and warehousing
