⭐️ What will be your mission?

You will play a key role in acquiring new customers, including local education authorities, schools, and educational institutions, while also managing and expanding key accounts. New Customer Acquisition:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to new customers in the education sector, including schools, local education authorities, foundations, and other funding bodies (companies).
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for profitable growth and long-term sales partnerships in your region.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to convert them into customers.

Existing Customer Management:

  • Regular, strategic, and personal communication with existing customers to increase revenue while minimizing churn.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to expand customers’ AV1 fleets.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to find solutions for existing challenges and create optimal conditions for further growth.
  • Utilize the existing customer network to gain referrals for other potential customers in the region.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with the Customer Success Team to successfully complete pilot projects.
  • Track your sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot) and share revenue forecasts and updates with the management team.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product team to continuously improve the AV1 solution.

πŸ“ Location: This position covers Northwest Germany (Nord-West-Deutschland), with the option to work remotely or from a co-working space. You will report to the Sales Director DACH and work closely with cross-functional teams in London, Oslo, and Munich.

πŸ’° Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 base salary + performance-based commission.

This range is an estimate; the actual salary will depend on experience, skills, and other factors.
