Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage our Hometime Airbnb property portfolio. In the short-term rental industry, guest satisfaction and host experience are paramount. Your role will be key in ensuring exceptional service, earning 5-star reviews, and maintaining high retention rates.


Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Serve as a trusted partner to our hosts, ensuring their homes are well cared for and their needs are met.
  • Provide top-tier support and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Assist in maintaining high customer retention and support the growth of our managed property portfolio.
  • Address host inquiries promptly, covering everything from maintenance concerns to pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks with local contractors, keeping both hosts and guests informed.

.Guest Experience

  • Monitor and manage guest communications, ensuring prompt and high-quality responses.
  • Handle inbound guest inquiries effectively to maximize booking conversion rates.
  • Support guests in having a seamless, enjoyable stay that leads to positive reviews.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional setting
  • Prior property management experience is required
  • Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps, with a reliable backup connection
  • Laptop with at least an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
