We're a fast-growing, international video editing and content creation company, helping brands scale through high-quality, high converting video content. Now, we're looking for a Video Editor to join our team and help us take our content to the next level. We're a successful video editing agency managing over 4,000 videos monthly for 50+ global clients. We believe in fostering talent and providing opportunities for professional growth.

A day in the life at Boomin' Brands Media: Wake up, grab your coffee, and start your day crafting killer edits for YouTube videos and Instagram Reels. You'll be playing with motion graphics, dynamic transitions, effects and storytelling techniques to create content that gives a WOW sense. As our Video Editor, you'll craft engaging social media and commercial content, collaborate with our project management team, bouncing ideas, testing new trends, and help deliver exceptional results for our clients across various platforms and leveling up your skills all while working 100% remotely from wherever you do your best work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create polished video content following client guidelines
• Apply graphics, audio elements, and transitions
• Maintain high-quality standards across different social platforms
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines
• Implement client feedback effectively
• Organize and manage video assets
• Contribute to our continuous improvement process

Required Qualifications:

• Show Us Your Magic: A demo reel featuring at least 5 RECENT social media reels is NON-NEGOTIABLE! Applications without these examples will not be considered.
• Short & Long-Form Mastery: You can transform both YouTube content and scroll-stopping Reels/TikToks that convert
• Adobe Suite Wizardry: You navigate Premiere Pro and After Effects like they're extensions of your creativity
• Storytelling Superpower: You know how to capture attention in 3 seconds and keep viewers hooked
• Trend-Savvy Creator: You stay ahead of platform trends and can implement them seamlessly
• Communication Champion: Conversational English & Spanish to collaborate effectively with our international team
• Detail Obsessed: You notice the little things that take content from good to BOOM!
• Time Management Ninja: You juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Remote Work Pro: Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace)
