We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Monitoring Specialist ( ZABBIX / CHECKMK) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in IT and gain hands-on experience with various IT monitoring tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT monitoring tools.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Collaborate with monitoring specialists to ensure system consistency.

• Document monitoring processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and network

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.

• 3-5 years of experience in the role.

Preferred Skills:

• Linux Proficiency: The candidate should be comfortable working with a Linux operating system. This includes knowledge of command line interface, file systems, process management, and basic shell scripting.

• Python: knowledge of Python is a plus. This includes understanding of data types, control flow, functions, and error handling. Familiarity with Python libraries commonly used in IT operations would be beneficial.

• IT Monitoring Tools: Good knowledge of monitoring tools (ZABBIX / CHECKMK). An understanding of AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) and how machine learning can be applied to automate and enhance IT operations would be a significant plus.

• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot issues, find solutions, and optimize performance based on the insights gained from the monitoring tools.
