About The Client

Our client is a well-established iGaming holding company. They are launching a new payment solution and looking for a Compliance Officer to support their compliance operations across this new payment vertical.

Role Overview

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance for the company’s Canadian MSB operations, while managing the client portfolio and KYC process. This role involves handling clients communications, overseeing account openings, and verifying documents.

This is a junior to mid-level role with significant potential for growth within a dynamic and evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance procedures for the company’s Canadian MSB operations.
  • Manage a portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Verify and process KYC/KYB documentation in line with industry standards.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of internal compliance processes.
  • Support regulatory audits and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in compliance, preferably within iGaming, payments, or financial services
  • Familiarity with Canadian MSB regulations will be a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Experience in KYC/KYB processes, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
