The opportunity

Are you a multi-talented professional with a knack for juggling diverse responsibilities? We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & HR Coordinator to manage government filings, corporate governance, and HR and Administrative support functions. This role ensures timely processing of regulatory requirements, maintains corporate records, and assists with general HR and Administrative duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in corporate law and labor regulations, and capable of managing regulatory filings and documentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other government agencies. Location: Philippines - Makati, PH preferred

Working Hours: 3am - 12pm PHT (Schedule will vary on days where PH day-time is required for office visits)

 

What you'll do
  • Government Compliance & Filings: Manage government remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF/Pag-IBIG) and ensure timely processing. Liaise with government agencies for filings, permits, and employee enrollment. Prepare required BIR and SEC compliance documents.
  • Corporate Governance: Act as Corporate Secretary, maintaining corporate records, preparing board resolutions, secretary’s certificates, and meeting minutes. Oversee business permit renewals and ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulations.
  • Human Resources Support: Coordinate new employee onboarding, maintain HR records, assist with payroll preparation, and process compliance-related paperwork (UI claims, tax forms, benefits, and workers’ compensation).
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide general support to the HR and compliance functions, ensuring smooth documentation and reporting processes.

 

Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, business management or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate governance or administration in PHL setting
  • Familiarity with transactions with and ability to coordinate with key government organizations such as, but not limited to the SEC, BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF including local governments, and other public agencies or regulatory bodies is a must.
  • At least 1 year experience in handling Human Resources for a U.S. team
  • Strong understanding of Philippine corporate law, labor regulations, and SEC filing requirements.
  • Previous related work as Corporate Admin Officer OR as a corporate secretary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, corporate correspondence and communicating with government officials
  • Very strong organizational skills and has the ability to  manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to assess challenges and provide solutions proactively across various areas of responsibility
  • Previous experience in using Paylocity or other HRIS is a plus
  • Must be able and willing to travel occasionally to visit various government offices 
  • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Monthly Pay Range
₱30,000₱35,000 PHP
