About The Role

As our Expedited Pathways Lead, you’ll be responsible for engaging with internationally trained doctors who are preparing for specialist registration in Australia. You’ll develop a structured support offering, collaborating across teams to ensure an exceptional experience for these doctors as they integrate into Australian General Practice and within the College membership. Reporting to the National Director, CPD, this role combines operational expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive engagement, implement key decisions, and build strong relationships to attract, support, and monitor program participants.

As our Expedited Pathways Lead, you'll also:

  • develop and implement strategies for the Expedited Pathways program, ensuring alignment with college objectives and participant needs.
  • coordinate training, mentorship, and compliance, ensuring participants meet required standards and receive ongoing support.
  • build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including participants, the Medical Board of Australia, and internal teams.
  • prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, tracking program progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
