Responsibilities:

  • Supporting an internal application when it comes to user management for one of our German clients (ex. graning and revoking the roles and rights of users).
  • Tasks are received and tracked and completed via the client’s internal ticketing system.
  • Communication with various stakeholders on both the client’s side and the side of Adastra.
  • Prioritizing tasks based on various degrees of urgency and importance to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Strict adherence to provided deadlines when it comes to task resolutions.
  • Timely communication in situations where circumstances dictate a possible waiting period.


Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the German language.
  • English proficiency.
  • Great communication and time management.
  • Open-minded outlook and the desire to learn.
  • Experience in a client facing or trainer roles would be considered an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Cognos would be considered a strong advantage.
