What You Need
Minimum 2 years previous work experience, preferably in a digital agency
Strong conceptual and copywriting skills
Portfolio of creative work
A few international awards under your belt
Ability to understand client’s business requirements in order to deliver strong ideas that bring results
Proven leadership & teaching skills
In depth knowledge of the creative process.
Experience across a variety of industries (banking, health, automotive are a plus)
What You Will Do
Develop and execute creatively attractive concepts and ideas for the agency’s clients.
Demonstrate a cross-disciplinary approach, that allows you to come up with innovative solutions across multiple touch-points to meet the client’s brief;
Work with creative directors, art directors, producers, clients, and other team members in order to support the overall brand goals and objectives;
Lead and improve the creative of the junior copywriter on the team.
Create campaigns, online and social content, activation ideas, establish the tone of voice for campaigns and executions and convey ideas through strategically thought-out presentations;
Work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and exhibit a proactive approach to problem solving within pressure sensitive environments.
