Description
Our client seeks a Sales Operations Analyst/Associate to optimize the sales process, drive pipeline efficiency, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert in HubSpot CRM and leverage data analytics to ensure accurate sales forecasting, CRM hygiene, and overall sales cycle efficiency. This role is integral to streamlining sales operations and enabling sales teams to perform at their highest potential.
This position can be based in India or Asia and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, high-growth team.

CRM Management & Sales Process Optimization
Own the administration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of HubSpot CRM.
Develop and enforce CRM hygiene best practices, ensuring clean, accurate, and up-to-date data.
Implement automation tools and workflows within HubSpot to enhance sales productivity.
Sales Pipeline & Forecasting
Maintain an accurate and reliable sales pipeline, ensuring seamless tracking of deal stages.
Develop and refine pipeline forecasting models to enable data-driven decision-making.
Provide insights into win/loss analysis, helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
Data & Analytics
Analyse sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
Generate dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including conversion rates and deal velocity.
Identify trends and recommend strategies to optimize sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales leadership to improve sales effectiveness and process efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with sales objectives.
Support finance and operations teams by ensuring accurate revenue tracking and reporting.
Training & Enablement
Provide training and support to sales teams on HubSpot CRM best practices.
Develop training materials and documentation for CRM usage and process adherence.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or partnership roles.
Excellent command of the English language
Expert-level experience with HubSpot CRM and a deep understanding of sales automation tools.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Proven experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, or revenue operations.
Ability to interpret and visualize data to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized with a focus on operational efficiency.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
