We are looking for an Online Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team and spearhead our efforts to drive brand growth and customer engagement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.
Core Hours & Benefits:
Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm- 11pm US Pacific Time
Base Salary: $1000 monthly depending on experience
Bonuses: Monthly and Annual Profit shares

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO and paid advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
Oversee and update the company website to ensure it aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
Manage and optimize effective Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance organic search engine performance, setting goals based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other content that attracts and engages a qualified audience.
Analyze marketing data, draw meaningful conclusions, and prepare monthly performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including keyword research, link building, and technical SEO improvements.
Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, PPC, and growth marketing to keep strategies competitive.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven expertise in SEO and Google Ads, with tangible results in traffic growth and conversion improvements.
Experience in Google ads, including ad spend management, keyword bidding, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
Strong technical writing and content creation skills to support SEO-driven content initiatives.
Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with proxies and web scraping is a bonus but can be learned on the job.
Experience working with tech or start-up companies is a must.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and innovations.
