About the role: Reporting to the CEO, you will be implementing the company’s marketing strategy and providing general administrative duties to support the CEO and the business.
Role Scope: Client and Sales Admin, Office Management, Marketing Communications, Direct Marketing and CRM.
Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing
Execute marketing initiatives, with particular focus on email and direct marketing, social media and events.
Design experience on platforms such as the Adobe suite, Canva, Gamma.
Work closely with our leadership team to support business proposals and cement new clients.
Admin Support
Provide administrative support to the CEO
Marketing, sales and metrics reporting
Coordinate board meetings and preparation of compliance documentation
Requirements
Exposure to marketing with an understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Experience in short form social content as well as media releases, blogs and marketing collateral.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in a busy administration role
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
