Job Description

We are seeking a reputable and experienced fire/water restoration company to partner with us as a referral partner. Our branch opened 6 months ago, this is a fantastic opportunity to get in at the ground floor as our exclusive referral partner. As our preferred restoration partner, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a trusted flooring company to offer comprehensive home improvement solutions to our clients. This partnership aims to enhance the overall customer experience by providing reliable restoration services alongside our premium flooring installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional fire and water restoration services to our referred clients, including assessment, cleanup, repair, and restoration.
• Collaborate with Floor Coverings International to ensure seamless coordination and communication for mutual clients.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and workmanship in all restoration projects.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Offer competitive pricing and special promotions to clients referred by Floor Coverings International.
