As Power Platform (Power Automate) Consultant your responsibility will be to work closely with customers to understand their business needs and propose innovative solutions that enable customers to achieve their business objectives.

Skills and experiences
- Experience leading Microsoft Power Platform projects, with a focus on Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Proven experience in the leadership of process discovery processes, elaboration of KPIs with clients, and definition of hyper-automation implementation strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience developing IaaS and PaaS solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Background in Microsoft Cognitive Services, especially in natural language processing and document understanding services.
- Knowledge and experience in commercial RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus
- Proven experience in the definition and implementation of scalable and fault-tolerant robotization architectures.
- Build strong technical credibility with customers and internally with delivery teams.
- Proven delivery background and significant technology consulting experience.
- Eagerness to learn new solutions and architecture patterns and be ready to apply them.
- Highly customer-focused with commercial sensitivity.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Propose innovative solutions that enable customers to achieve their business goals.
- Design solutions that may include components such as Microsoft Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence (Microsoft Cognitive Services, Generative AI) and Microsoft 365.
- Deliver relevant and sustainable solutions based on your expertise.
- Understand legacy automations to re-architect them with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Select the optimal architecture and delivery approach to balance costs, capability, and risks while achieving desired business outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DPA, RPA, Microsoft Power Platform and AI techniques to continuously improve solution offerings.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to implementation and beyond.
