We are seeking a NOC Manager with extensive hands-on experience in AWS-based infrastructures, customer support, and a strong DevOps or SRE background.
This is a key role in ensuring 24/7 coverage, proactive incident management, and the highest level of customer satisfaction. By championing a customer-first mindset, optimizing alerts and automation, and leading both L1 and L2 support, the NOC Manager will directly impact our commitment to world-class service and innovation for startup clients.
