We are looking for a high-caliber Head of Executive Affairs with a strong technology and industry background, preferably in regulated markets (Public Sector, Pharma, Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.). This role is designed for a business-savvy, strategic professional who can operate as a trusted advisor to our C-Level leadership team.


As the Head of Executive Affairs, you will act as a strategic enabler, ensuring seamless execution of key business initiatives, decision-making efficiency, and alignment across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, international markets, and regulated industries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage complex projects while serving as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.


✔️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support strategic business initiatives, ensuring follow-through on high-priority projects.
  • Plan and coordinate industry events, executive summits, and networking opportunities, ensuring C-Level representation at key engagements.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships with industry leaders, investors, government officials, and key partners to enhance business visibility.
  • Manage executive participation in business forums, conferences, and speaking engagements, ensuring impactful presence and strategic networking.
  • Oversee business partnerships, identifying and managing strategic collaborations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Optimize internal and external communication for C-Level, ensuring messaging is aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to support branding efforts, thought leadership, and public appearances.
  • Handle high-value negotiations, VIP relations, and exclusive business opportunities, supporting C-Level leadership in leveraging business networks.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, providing relevant insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Ensure operational efficiency within the executive office, implementing best practices for time management and priority execution.



Qualifications

✔️Experience & Industry Knowledge:

  • 7+ years of experience, preferably in a technology-driven organization within regulated markets (Public Sector, Pharma, Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.).
  • Strong international business exposure with experience supporting high-profile executives in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory environments.
  • Prior experience working with government entities, regulatory bodies, and public-sector organizations is a strong plus.


✔️Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen – Ability to anticipate business needs, contribute to executive decision-making, and drive impactful initiatives.
  • Tech-Savvy & Digital Proficiency – Comfortable working with digital collaboration tools, project management software, and executive-level reporting systems.
  • Project Management Expertise – Proven ability to independently lead and manage executive-level projects.
  • International Exposure & Cross-Cultural Competency – Familiarity with global business environments, cultural nuances, and international regulations.
  • High-Level Communication Skills – Ability to craft and refine board-level documents, executive presentations, and strategic reports.
  • Problem-Solving & Crisis Management – A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and high-stakes situations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Law, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
