Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to work on innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning and artificial intelligence models and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to design scalable AI/ML systems that meet the unique needs of the federal client. This position requires strong experience with machine learning algorithms, data processing, cloud platforms, and federal security compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Implementation: Design, build, and implement machine learning models for real-world applications. Develop algorithms and models to solve complex problems and optimize processes.
Data Processing & Analysis: Work with large datasets, leveraging data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques to extract valuable insights.
AI/ML Deployment: Deploy and maintain AI/ML models and algorithms in production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Optimization: Continuously improve models and algorithms through iterative testing, tuning, and performance optimization.
Compliance & Security: Ensure that AI/ML models and processes comply with federal regulations and security standards. Work with federal security frameworks, such as FISMA, FedRAMP, or NIST.

Required Skills:
