WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

Respond to emails, phone calls;
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges;
Check the status of orders and solve the issues of orders;
Work with team leader of customer care to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Excellent communication skills and a strong command of Ukrainian language;
Call center or customer service experience preferred;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
Good knowledge of English language - minimum B1 level.
