The Talent Acquisition Manager leads full cycle recruiting initiatives ensuring the acquisition of top talent meets our organizational goals,
hiring manager experience, recruiter effectiveness and candidate experience. As trusted advisor you will be responsible for designing
recruiting strategies focused on hiring manager experience, recruiter effectiveness and candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in talent acquisition, data management and a strategic mindset to deliver a best-in-class recruiting program.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is required to demonstrate an elevated level of performance in the following areas:

Client Relationship Leadership

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs andexecute talent strategies.
  • Effectively manage multiple clients’ recruiting priorities with successful outcomes.
  • Serve as an advisor to business leaders with a high level of consistent communication on strategic talent acquisition management keeping your clients informed of priorities, recruiting activity, and challenges.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data insights to drive strategy and deliver results.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to track performance, identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create reports on key recruitment metrics and deliver them to business leaders to ensure metrics align with business priorities.
  • Establish and foster collaborative working relationships with key clients and stakeholders including HR, Operations, Compensation and Resource Management.

Recruiter Effectiveness

  • Effectively manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop, document, implement and measure recruiting and sourcing programs for each client leveraging market intelligence and data to provide insights and drive strategy.
  • Implement initiatives to improve candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting life cycle driving continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse and high-quality passive candidates including social media, networking, and other channels. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Partner with HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, advise on interview assessments and streamline interview processes.
  • Learn, adopt, and manage Huron’s interview framework to ensure candidates are adequately assessed and monitor quality of hire with your client and HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partner) to make improvements.
  • Work with Compensation, Legal & HR teams to review and maintain competitive total rewards that are focused on employee needs.

Team & Project Management

  • Create a positive high-performing work culture grounded in Huron’s core values and leadership principles.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of recruiters, sourcing recruiters, and coordinators to ensure they are equipped and prepared to meet goals.
  • Communicate performance expectations providing feedback, instruction and development of individual skills and abilities for others to excel.
  • Support recruiting initiatives and projects aimed to improve operations delivery, collaboration, branding, and performance metrics.
  • Audit continuous improvement changes of recruiting and interviewing process including job descriptions, interview evaluations, assessments, and training for your team as needed.

Communication & Executive Presence

  • Successfully convey complex workforce planning and recruiting concepts to stakeholders to executive leaders.
  • Demonstrate self-awareness and emotional intelligence to constructively deal with challenging circumstances, knowing when to escalate to leadership to prevent setbacks.
  • Ensure client expectations are continuously assessed to execute at the highest level of client satisfaction.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Current U.S. work authorization
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years executive level recruiting experience
  • 8-10 years of full cycle recruiting within a corporate environment, professional services or executive search firm.
  • Change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Project management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, communication & presentation skills to drive results.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with the ability to partner with a diverse group of professional skills and backgrounds.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate succinctly and articulate clearly defined strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence others at all levels by creating a positive and productive environment.
  • Proficiency in MS office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and CRM or ATS, LinkedIn, SeekOut and Boolean internet research and other innovative sourcing tools and techniques.
