About you

This is a key leadership position within the Occupier Services business.   You will support the Head of Client Experience in the development and management of account strategy, leading go-to-market strategies for large one-off brokerage assignments, multi-market and enterprise client accounts. Key success factors will be driving change for our Enterprise Clients as part of the Client Experience service line. You will provide and oversee team members as the “Strategy Advisor” or “Account Executive” on client multi-market and Enterprise Client accounts. 

In this role, you will…

  • Drive account innovation and proactive advisory into the assigned enterprise client accounts. This involves promoting best practices and providing insight on implementation of new ideas, promotion of technology solutions, improving account level adoption rating for Colliers360 business analytics, strategic planning, workplace and innovation within the groups and introducing group tools and processes that encourage creative thinking.

  • Selectively lead strategy and innovation solution sessions for business development and sales of large one-off, multi-market and enterprise client occupier assignments.

  • Provide support in translating client vision into project deliverables across all functional areas, and monitoring adherence to defined account scope of work. Handoff to the Head of Account Management who has responsibility for repetitive training and managing ongoing compliance. 

  • Drive increased wallet-share on all existing occupier accounts by being actively engaged with Account Directors to assess client needs and develop service line engagement plans and outline scopes of work to be presented to the client. 

  • Play an active role in monthly meetings with senior client representatives, and quarterly and annual business review meetings, gathers client feedback, works with account executives to develop improvement plans and implement best practices.

  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to identify and plan for opportunities for account growth; partners with Business Development to formulate and execute pitch and proposal plans.

  • Support new product and service initiatives.

  • Involvement in in building new relationships and building a talent bench to support sustained growth.

  • Be an industry thought leader and find opportunity to present innovation topics at industry conferences and seminars.

What you bring

  • Track record of identifying, leading and managing change on complex global accounts or client organizations

  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative products and services within an existing corporate real estate or service provider environment

  • Subject Matter Expert on outsourced account management structures and services and  demonstrated working knowledge of (1) Portfolio Optimization, CRE Strategy, CRE Organizational Design, Account and Transaction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Lease Administration and IWMS technology; or (2) Management consulting in the areas of organizational design, infrastructure, footprint optimization, consolidation and redundancy analysis, outsourcing analysis and business case implementation

  • Strong track record of creative problem solving and ideation

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

  • Graduate degree in business, innovation or real estate strategy preferred

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in related business

  • Strong ability to work under pressure, perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $185,015.00 to $250,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days' vacation annually.  Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off.  Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.  12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
